Athlete Performance & Recovery

You don’t have to be injured to train smarter.

And you don’t have to break down before you level up.
At Strong Performance Chiropractic, our Athlete Performance & Recovery program is built for active adults and athletes who take their training seriously—and want their recovery and movement strategy to match.
This isn’t another passive “stretch-and-massage” routine. It’s a performance-driven, precision-based system that helps you:

  • Move with more efficiency
  • Recover with purpose
  • Build resilience from the inside out

Whether you’re lifting, running, skating, or just pushing for that next PR, we integrate:

  • Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP) to fine-tune spinal and structural alignment
  • Functional Movement Assessment to identify asymmetries and inefficiencies
  • IASTM and hands-on soft tissue work to release tension and restore mobility

Because your body isn’t just a collection of muscles—it’s a system. And we treat it that way.

The Strong Performance Difference

This isn’t generic recovery care. It’s:

  • Sport-aware
  • Movement-intelligent
  • Root-cause focused
We’re here to help you train harder without burning out, and recover faster without backtracking.

What to Expect: Your First Visit

Your initial session (around 45 minutes) is a deep dive into how your body handles training, stress, and recovery. You’ll get:

  • A one-on-one consultation and detailed movement/training history
  • Postural and structural analysis using CBP methodology
  • Functional movement screening
  • Orthopedic and neurological testing (as needed)
  • Digital spinal X-rays (if clinically appropriate)
  • Initial hands-on care, when applicable

This visit sets the baseline—so we can build a performance plan that’s rooted in data, not guesswork.

Second Visit: Your Performance Plan

At your follow-up, we’ll walk through your movement findings and imaging results. Then, we’ll lay out a customized plan to support your performance goals, recovery needs, and any underlying postural inefficiencies that could be holding you back.

What Ongoing Sessions May Include:

  • Chiropractic adjustments (spinal and extremity) to improve mechanics and communication
  • Targeted soft tissue therapy (IASTM, manual release) to restore mobility
  • Corrective rehab and movement retraining
  • Sport-specific mobility and activation drills
  • CBP-based structural work to maintain optimal posture and prevent breakdown

Each session is focused, structured, and tailored to your training calendar. No wasted time, no cookie-cutter protocols.
